It was as described 100% . Mr Kostas and his partners were very helpful and we had a really good time.

Very well equipped comfortable clean rom with a balcony. Located closed to the center, but still quiet.

The reception area& the room are so clean& tidy. The staff is lovely and kind. The room is well equiped with a frige, hair dryer, enough storage space, closet, lights.Great central location in Spetses town.

Quiet, clean, good location not too far from the harbour/seafront / action but not in a place where it’s noisy and busy. Had a room with a balcony. Good big fridge in the room too. Dora was wonderful, everyone was super friendly, warm and welcoming. Made you feel very much at home and easy to chat with.

A gem of a place in Spetses - clean, comfortable, centrally located, definitely value for money! Although situated uphill, that's really unavoidable on the island.

Perfect hotel for our trip to Spetses! Great location close to the port and centre of town. Room was cool and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and we slept undisturbed. The room had a balcony and space to hang swim stuff to dry, and shutters so it was dark to sleep. Everything worked perfectly. The lady at reception (sorry we didn't get your name) was very friendly. She helped us sort bicycle hire and recommended great restaurants. If I return I will book here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!
