Quiet, clean, good location not too far from the harbour/seafront / action but not in a place where it’s noisy and busy. Had a room with a balcony. Good big fridge in the room too. Dora was wonderful, everyone was super friendly, warm and welcoming. Made you feel very much at home and easy to chat with.

Perfect hotel for our trip to Spetses! Great location close to the port and centre of town. Room was cool and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and we slept undisturbed. The room had a balcony and space to hang swim stuff to dry, and shutters so it was dark to sleep. Everything worked perfectly. The lady at reception (sorry we didn't get your name) was very friendly. She helped us sort bicycle hire and recommended great restaurants. If I return I will book here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A gem of a place in Spetses - clean, comfortable, centrally located, definitely value for money! Although situated uphill, that's really unavoidable on the island.

Everything was very clean, the stuff was friendly and the location only a 5 minutes walk from the port. They changed our towels every day and they helped us with everything we needed. Also they have an office near the port, so the last day they moved our luggage to the office and we were able to spend our day withought carrying them. We picked them up 15 minutes before leaving the island.
